About Qiro Finance

Qiro is an institutional private credit infrastructure protocol focused on building the credit underwriting framework for Real World Asset (RWA) financing. The platform provides a solution that enables data-driven, on-chain lending by connecting institutional lenders in developed economies with businesses and fintechs in emerging markets. This allows for a more transparent and efficient process, leveraging decentralized finance (DeFi) rails while maintaining regulatory standards.

The core of Qiro's offering is its credit underwriting infrastructure, which serves as a foundation for a range of on-chain RWA-backed credit applications. By unifying asset originators, investors, and credit underwriters within a single framework, the platform addresses key challenges in the sector, such as adverse selection and potential credit defaults. Qiro's technology aims to create an open credit data and risk underwriting infrastructure, thereby enhancing the overall transparency and reliability of on-chain credit transactions.

Silo Finance
Silo Finance
Lending & Yield

Silo Finance is a decentralized money market protocol that enables lending and borrowing against a broad range of onchain assets, including long-tail tokens, real-world assets, tokenized stocks, tokenized commodities, and liquidity provider tokens. The protocol operates through isolated lending markets, meaning each asset pair is contained in its own silo, which limits contagion risk across the platform. A key technical differentiator is its liquidation mechanism: when DEX-based liquidations cannot be executed due to illiquidity, collateral is delivered directly to lenders at full value, providing built-in protection against bad debt. Lenders can earn yield from three sources simultaneously, namely borrower interest, liquidation fees, and collateral upside, through single-asset or multi-asset vaults.
